- Instant quoting Upload a DXF, a STEP or the PDF drawing and Ferranta calculates the material with real nesting, the machine time with your speeds and every operating cost in your shop. The same drawing always gives the same price.
- Sales and CRM Every quote is already an opportunity. Ferranta tracks its status, reminds you who to call and shows you which customers buy, how much and at what margin.
- Customer portal Your customers upload their parts, see the price, place the order and track manufacturing the way they would track a parcel. Fewer “how is my order going?” calls.
- Sales and invoicing The accepted quote becomes a sales order, the order becomes a delivery note and the delivery note becomes an invoice. Each step with its own numbering, series and VAT.

- Production Manufacturing stages come straight from the quote. Each order generates its work orders, each work order moves through its workstations, and you always know what is being made, where, and what it is costing.
- Warehouse and traceability Every incoming batch is linked to the work order that consumes it and to the delivery note that ships it. If a customer complains, you know in two clicks what material it was, which supplier it came from and who else received it.
- Purchasing Raw material is the biggest cost item in any shop. Ferranta requests prices from your suppliers, compares them properly and follows the order all the way to the supplier invoice.
- Maintenance (CMMS) Schedule maintenance by date, machine hours or parts produced, and let Ferranta do the counting with what production already records.
